Mom 31 Analog Saw Samples

So this is a very detailed sampling of the a great semi-modular synth made by a well known american company that we all know and love. I sampled each note from A#-1 to A#5. I tuned along the way to give things more accuracy when building chords. Especially with the unison modes. Yeah, that’s right. 2 AND 4 voice unison, with stereo spread control. The notes are long loops, like almost 2 seconds long to try and keep the micro instability of the oscillators. Recorded into a Motu ultralight mk4.

Edit: Pack is now in BOTH Simpler and Sampler. Simpler is unchecked so not sure how well it is working but it should be fine.

Some drawbacks: With the 5 voices that comprise the synth it was too difficult to do cutoff eg, so there’s just a master auto filter. You can trigger that with Live Suite’s midi envelope or just draw the automation. If you really want just edit the samplers to do the cutoff envelope you want. I chose the PRD filter as it’s modeled after the moog ladder filter. There’s also a choice between oscillator reset and random starts/lfo shifts to the waveform loops to get a a more natural unison. The release and delay are linked and behave close to the original adsr (really just (asd+r). Remap this if you want a different feel to the envelope.

This is almost done, but still a work in progress so if you have feedback I’m all ears (though this is not a feedback post mods!). If you make something with it, please show it to me!
